Idaho Gov. Brad Little is seeking applicants to fill two seats on the seven-member state Fish and Game Commission.

Commissioners Derick Atterbury of Idaho Falls and Dan Blanco of Moscow are slated to complete their terms at the end of June.

Little, in a news release, thanked them for their service, and said he appreciates Atterbury’s leadership as chairman over the past year. They are eligible for reappointment.

“Candidates seeking to apply for these open positions must consider the time, energy and gravity of these roles in managing Idaho’s wildlife and natural resources for current and future generations,” Little said.

The governor appoints commissioners from each region to four-year terms. The state Senate confirms them.
