For the last 59 years on the first weekend in February, the Klamath Bull & Horse Sale has been a premier event in Klamath Falls, Ore., showcasing the best bull programs in the Northwest.
The all-inclusive event has been a staple for the ranching and farming community to provide entertainment, education, and a great venue for the sale for their livestock. This fun and family focused event is brought to you by the Klamath Cattlemen's Association.
This event is held annually at the Klamath County Event Center and during this 4-day event there is an amazing trade show that has some of the top vendors from all over the West Coast. You will not only see and purchase the best cattle & horses available, there will be opportunity to see some great action in the Event Center. It all begins with the Stock Dog Trials, which will have some great handlers and dogs, on Thursday January 31st.
On Friday, February 1st, events include the Stock Horse Show, Two Man Ranch Sorting, Stray Gathering as well as Open, Mixed, Kids Team Branding. The Cattlewomen's dinner starts at 5 PM
Friday's and Saturday's Kids events include Stick Horse Barrel Races and Goat Roping.
Saturday the 59th Bull & Replacement Heifer sale will take place in the indoor arena, and will begin at 12:00pm. And new this year – 4D Barrel Racing. The 32nd Annual Horse Sale starts at 5pm.
The 10th annual KCA Ranch Rodeo, begins at 6:00pm and continues on Sunday. Ranch Rodeo Pre-sale tickets are $6 and will be available for purchase in advance by calling (541)891-8930. Tickets will also be available at the Sale Offices. Tickets at the door will be $10 for Saturday. Sunday Ranch Rodeo is Free Admission. There is NO ADMISSION fee for the Bull Sale or to the Ranch Rodeo with a bidder number.
