Compared to last Thursday at the same market, stocker and feeder cattle weak in a light test. CME positions were all sharply lower today as the front 3 contract months all finished the limit lower. Slaughter cows unevenly steady. Slaughter bulls 4.00-5.00 lower. Trade active with good demand for all classes. Slaughter cows 72 percent, slaughter bulls 10 percent, and feeders 18 percent of the supply. The feeder supply included 39 percent steers and 61 percent heifers. Near 50 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.

Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 500-600 lbs 142.50-149.00; 600-700 lbs 150.00; 700-800 lbs 130.00. Medium and Large 2-3: 800-900 lbs 104.00. Small and Medium 2-3: 400-500 lbs 149.00.
