Also featured is a presentation on carbonics by Keith Burns, a no-till farming and seed expert who co-owns Green Cover Seed in Bladen, Neb.
Breakout sessions on biofumigation, dairy nutrition from cover crops and cover crop solutions for pest management are also planned.
The workshop will be from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Best Western Burley Inn. It is free and includes continental breakfast and lunch. Registration is required. To register, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (208) 572-3369.
