Bids for grains delivered to Portland, Oregon during June by rail or barge, in dollars per bushel, except oats, corn and barley, in dollars per cwt. Bids for soft white wheat are for delivery periods as specified. All other wheat and barley bids are for full June delivery. Bids for corn are for 30 day delivery.
July wheat futures in midday trading were mixed, from one cent lower to 1/2 of a cent per bushel higher compared to Friday's closes.
Bids for US 1 Soft White Wheat for June delivery were not fully established in early trading but were indicated as steady to firm compared to Friday's noon bids in a limited test.
Bids for 11.5 percent protein US 1 Hard Red Winter Wheat for June delivery were not fully established in early trading but bids were indicated as one cent per bushel lower in following the lower Kansas City July wheat futures.
Bids for 14 percent protein non-guaranteed US 1 Dark Northern Spring Wheat for June delivery were also not fully established in early trading, but were indicated as steady compared to Friday's noon bids.
Bids for US 2 barley for June delivery were not well tested.
Bids for US 2 Yellow Corn trended 6-1/4 cents per cwt lower in early trading. Lower Chicago July corn futures weighed on bids.
