LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) -- A Port of Lewiston commissioner says there's a possibility a new employer could be locating to north-central Idaho and become a client of the port.
Commissioner Dan Johnson tells the Lewiston Tribune (http://bit.ly/HP2l8V) in a story published Thursday that a hay processing plant is considering the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley.
Port Commissioner Mary Hasenoehrl says the port is in competition with another site for the project.
Commissioners discussed details of the hay processing plant in executive session that wasn't open to the public.
