CHICAGO (AP) -- Grains futures mostly rose in early trading Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 1.75 cent at $6.1750 a bushel; December corn rose 2.50 cents to $6.36 a bushel; December oats fell 1 cent to $3.18 a bushel; and January soybeans rose 15.75 cents to $11.94 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures traded mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

December live cattle rose 0.80 cent to $1.2090 a pound; January feeder cattle rose 0.82 cent to $1.4662 a pound; while December lean hogs fell 0.72 cent to 85.85 cents a pound.
