CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures moved higher Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery rose 1.25 cents to $4.57 a bushel; December corn jumped 5.25 cents to $3.44 a bushel; and November soybeans added 7.5 cents to $9.27 a bushel; and oats for December delivery soared 8 cents to $2.33 a bushel.

Meanwhile, beef futures slipped as pork futures advanced on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle slipped 0.23 cent to 85.87 cents a pound; October feeder cattle lost 0.45 cent to 96 cents a pound; October lean hogs gained 0.53 cent to 50.40 cents a pound; and February pork bellies rose 1.60 cents to 84.30 cents a pound.
