CHICAGO (AP) -- Agriculture futures fell Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for December delivery dropped 8.25 cents to $4.59 a bushel, and December corn shed 2.5 cents to $3.1725 a bushel. November soybeans lost 4 cents to $8.99 a bushel, while oats for December delivery fell 1.5 cents to $2.065 a bushel.
Meanwhile, beef and pork futures also fell on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, .
October live cattle slipped 0.20 cent to 87.02 cents a pound; October feeder cattle shed 0.32 cent to 99 cents a pound; October lean hogs dropped 0.82 cent to 51.65 cents a pound; and February pork bellies slid 1.50 cents to 86.80 cents a pound.
