Ecology talks water quality policy in Spokane Valley

The Washington Department of Ecology will hold a public forum March 28 to discuss potential changes to surface water quality standards in state law.

The department will have its fourth Water Quality Policy Forum at 9 a.m. at CenterPlace Regional Event Center, at 2426 N. Discovery Place in Spokane Valley, Wash.

The forum continues Ecology's discussions about its rulemaking processes and issues related to adopting new water quality standards, according to a department press release.

People may attend the forum in person or participate remotely with a computer and telephone.
