Grain futures mostly rise, pork prices fall

CHICAGO (AP) -- Grain prices mostly rose Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery rose 5.25 cents to $7.7025 a bushel; March corn rose 5 cents to $7.41 a bushel; March oats were flat at $3.5925 a bushel; while March soybeans jumped 22.25 cents to $14.9650 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle rose 0.53 cent to $1.3270 a pound; March feeder cattle was flat at $1.4920 a pound; April lean hogs fell 0.40 cent to 88.35 cents a pound.
