* The Snohomish River at Snohomish is under a flood warning through Feb. 24. Between 2 and 10 inches of rain was recorded in the upper reaches of most rivers in the area.

* Flood watches remain in effect through Feb. 23 in several Western Washington counties: Grays Harbor, Clallam, Jefferson, Skagit, Whatcom, King, Lewis, Mason, Pierce, Snohomish and Thurston.
