On November 30th, the State Land Judging Contest was held outside of Warden, Washington. The LaCrosse FFA Land Judging Teams loaded up in a bus and left the school at 7:00 a.m. and started their trek to the state contest. The first team’s members were Lane Hannas, Jason Wigen, Cole Evans, Graham BeDell and Ashtyn Aune. The second team consisted of Jessica Guske, Madison Harder, Lindsey Miller, Weston Miler, and Joey Guske. The first team did very well and placed 6th overall. The second team ended up placing twelfth overall. Both teams had been preparing for this contest from the beginning of the school year, improving as time went on.
