The Oregon State Board of Agriculture is meeting Nov. 28-29 in Portland.

The board will hear presentations on transportation issues, water quality, specialty crop grants and agricultural promotion activities.

A public comment period is scheduled at 10 a.m. Nov. 28.

The meeting starts at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 28 at the Port of Portland corporate headquarters, 7200 N.E. Airport Way. It resumes at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 29.
