Bids for grains delivered to Portland, Ore., during January by unit trains and barges, in dollars per bushel, except oats, corn and barley, in dollars per cwt. Bids for soft white wheat are for delivery periods as specified. All other wheat bids are for full January delivery. Bids for corn are for 30 day delivery.
March wheat futures trended 0.50 of a cent to 8.75 cents per bushel lower compared to Monday's closes.

Bids for 11.5 percent protein US 1 Hard Red Winter Wheat for January delivery were not fully established in early trading, but were indicated as generally 0.50 of a cent per bushel lower compared to Monday's noon bids for January delivery. Slightly lower Kansas City March wheat futures pressured cash bids.
Bids for 14 percent protein non-guaranteed US 1 Dark Northern Spring Wheat for January delivery were not well tested in early trading, but were indicated as 3.25 to 6.25 cents per bushel lower than Monday's noon bids for the same delivery period, following the lower Minneapolis March wheat futures, however a higher basis bid by some exporters tempered the declines somewhat.
