ABERDEEN, Miss. (AP) -- Court records say a man will plead guilty to hiding the sales of cattle and using fake invoices to avoid paying back a federal loan.

A filing in U.S. District Court in Aberdeen says Clint Mann intends to change his plea. He pleaded not guilty Aug. 19.

Court records say Mann obtained a $64,000 line of credit from the Farm Service Agency in 2005 for cattle. The agency got to keep a security interest in the cattle.

The indictment says Mann submitted false invoices to make it appear he purchased cattle when he had not. It also says he sold cattle that were considered FSA collateral, but failed to report those sales.

His father Don Mann also is charged in the case. He pleaded not guilty Aug. 26.
