HOLBROOK, Ariz. (AP) -- Northeastern Arizona authorities are looking for whoever's responsible for dumping 10 dead calves in Holbrook.
The Navajo County Sheriff's Office says deputies found the month-old black and white dairy calves dumped in three different spots in the same general area on March 30.
The sheriff's office doesn't know how they died, and that's why they're hoping someone will come forward.
Deputies want to make sure the calves didn't die from some type of virus or disease that could affect other livestock.
Arizona Livestock Inspectors is helping in the investigation.
