Grain mixed, cattle higher in Chicago

Grain futures mixed in morning trading.

CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was unchanged at 5.8425 a bushel; March corn was 2 cents lower at 4.10 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $3.9475 a bushel; while March soybeans gained 22.25 cents to 12.96 a bushel.

Beef was higher while pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle was .25 cents higher at $1.3680 a pound; March feeder cattle was .33 higher at $1.6915 a pound; February lean hogs gained .45 cent to $.8570 a pound.
