Compared to two weeks ago: Thursday at the same sale, stocker and feeder cattle steady to 5.00 higher as local feed yards pursue numbers in spite of a lower futures market yesterday. Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows and bulls 1.00-5.00 higher. Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows 59 percent, slaughter bulls 10 percent, and feeders 31 percent of the supply. The feeder supply included 62 percent steers and 38 percent heifers. Near 42 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
