Compared to last week: Slaughter lambs were mostly steady to $15 higher. Slaughter ewes were mostly steady to $5 higher. Feeder lambs were weak to as much as $30 lower. At San Angelo, Texas, 4,688 head sold in a one day sale. No sales in equity electronic auction. In direct trading slaughter ewes not tested; feeder lambs were sharply lower. 5,100 head of negotiated sales of slaughter lambs were steady to $5 higher and 11,300 head of formula sales of carcasses under 65 lbs. were not well tested; 65-75 lbs. were $1-2 lower; 75-95 lbs. were steady to $2 higher; and over 95 lbs. were not well tested. Some 7,573 lamb carcasses sold; 45-55 lbs. $14.85 higher; 55-65 lbs. $4.70 higher; 65-75 lbs. $1 higher; 75-85 lbs. $.10 lower and 85 lbs. and up $.03 higher.
